GREAT PAINTED AND INNOVATIVE MOTORIZED.
The guys from the Roller Center in Bergheim, not far away, used the Scooter Attack Festival on the Nürburgring
to introduce their latest demonstrator:

The Race Project 2003. Always closely surrounded by numerous onlookers, there was hardly any opportunity for the individual to examine the gem in peace and to approach the core of the matter, i.e. the modifications, with special questions. Therefore, here comes this distinctive double page, on which you can see yourself fed up without time pressure and bump your elbows and on which the technology is also presented in detail. Even for the initiated, the starting point, a Piaggio quartz, is barely recognizable. The high-quality effect paint on all plastic parts is too decorative, and depending on the incidence of light, the elaborate airbrush work of the Austrian arrow design reveals skulls, all kinds of animals and irrational shapes to the viewer. This extravagant exterior alone makes the bland series part a real tuning showpiece that magically attracts all looks. It should be clear that a real racing monster is hidden under the poison green shell: everyone gives the good Fuffi engine
Lot of modifications might be the spurs. Polini Evo brand is the 70 cubic cylinder that has a large PHBG
Dell'Orto carburettor with a 19 mm diameter and Polini air filter can draw in much more fresh air. At the other end, the exhaust, also contributed by Polini Evo, ensures that the burnt gases are exhaled vigorously and loudly.
A BGM full-cheek crankshaft shows itself to be able to cope with the higher pressure in the engine. Thus, after intensive tuning work during the last test bench measurement, the little pinwheel brings it to a lively 21HP, which without the reinforcement measures outlined in the truest sense of the word "material-killing" performance.

Great features:
The GTR 50 has sound and vision: Polini Evo is emblazoned on the exhaust system - that stands for a higher engine potential, which can be acoustically noticeable. Clutch with Adige clutch bell and a larger cooler for a balanced thermal household. The longer Polini gearbox ensures that the Race Project does not constantly end up in the limiter and that the increase in performance can be effectively converted into top speed.
The Bergheimers counter the impressive performance with a Bitubo chassis, which is harder and at the expected higher speeds prevents the Race Project from rocking around at every opportunity. For the stronger braking power that is required, the built-in braking brake disc is available if necessary, and with Malossi MHR pads offers crisp deceleration. Because it would really be a shame if the appetizing product from the Landkölner had to bless the time at the next bend.
