The scooter tuning event of the year in Cologne:

Saturday 19.03.2011 - then it's that time again: In the Adventure halls Cologne-Kalk we present to you from 12-18 Clock for the fourth time the scooter tuning scene event.

On over 1.200 sq.m. you will find everything that speeds up the heartbeat of the scooterist:

Brief overview of the program:

· Fat customshow

· Private parts market

· Large dealer mile

· Food & Drinks

Live DJ

· Big trophy ceremony with moderation

Dont miss it! You can present your scooter during the custom show. It comes across really fat on the skater pipes and you can show how much passion, time and know-how has gone into such a project. Here you can become the trendsetter of the Season 2011 , or with like-minded and professional tuners and customizers yours Tips & Tricks exchange. Big trophies are waiting for the best Customscoots!

Far from big business, you can offer the parts that you no longer need on the private market. Or get a bargain to move your projects forward. A great opportunity to chat about petrol and meet like-minded people. Providers have to register in advance and then get a 3 x 1,5 m sales area. If you can't find what you are looking for here, just stroll over to the dealer mile, where special offers from professional providers await.

So that the atmosphere is right, we have provided food and drinks. The whole event is accompanied by various DJs and professional moderation. So it can be endured and with your help the whole thing will become a top scene event.

Polini scooter tuning news

Gear cover from the POLINI Evolution series and therefore race approved.

The main advantage is definitely the bearing of all three gear shafts. This minimizes friction losses and more power lands on the asphalt. The gear shafts are guided by ball and needle bearings.

In the version for the Polini and Malossi MHR racing gearboxes, the secondary bearing is designed to be even more massive and therefore more durable.
The bushing has become superfluous here thanks to the newly designed gearbox.

Another nice feature from racing is the sealing with an O-ring. This means that you can work on the gearbox quickly and cleanly. The O-ring lies in a CNC milled groove and the conventional seals are no longer required. Just like the shaft sealing rings used, the O-ring is made of Viton and is therefore the optimal and permanent solution. The sealing lip of the shaft sealing rings is even coated with Teflon to reduce friction.

The POLINI Evolution Vario lid not only impresses with its sharper look, but also with its inner values.

The coupling shaft is mounted in the Vario cover. This storage ensures additional stability. The entire rear converter unit runs much quieter. It switches more precisely and can be used over a wider range.

For assembly, the original coupling nut is simply replaced by the supplied POLINI nut. This then runs in the pre-assembled and encapsulated ball bearing of the Evo cover.

The air circulation in the engine has also been significantly optimized by POLINI. It enters cleaned through a special filter attachment and can escape through another opening. Significantly improved service lives are the result.

The adapter sleeves must be moved from the old cover to the new one.

Shaft seal set for crankshaft

Shaft seal set -POLINI Teflon / Viton- Minarelli 50ccm MA, MY, CW, CA, CY

Viton oil seal set from POLINI for the crankshaft.

The use of Viton makes sense for the crankshaft sealing rings in particular. This material can withstand the highest thermal loads and is extremely resistant to oils and fuel.

The special thing about the POLINI Wedis is the Teflon coating. This gives a very low coefficient of friction for low friction losses.

The POLINI Wedi sets are the tip from the original engine to the high-end engine.
