Simply wait for our e-mail with the pick-up confirmation and then you can immediately send the parts from in the period from <p>07:00 to 23:00- 0,50 € / 1h<p> without restriction pick up the way it suits you!

Next SC Open Day on September 18, 2021

 

"The Scooter Center closes its store sale“That we would ever say that was inconceivable a few months ago, even unthinkable. The thought of it brings tears to our eyes. We have been selling scooter parts since 1992, personally, with passion and love for what we do.

For us, the store was much more than a business premises. At the same time, it was the perfect place to exchange ideas about the shared hobby, to get feedback and constructive criticism. But of course also a lot of praise, which we were happy about and which has always inspired us.

The last fifteen months with Corona have changed a lot. Home office workplaces have become just as standard as online meetings, minimum distances, hygiene regulations and protective measures.

Since the corona-related closure of the shop in November 2020, we have been working intensively on the possibility of enabling you to pick up the goods. So is ours CLICK & COLLECT developed. To compensate for the permanent closure of the store, this will be click&collect continue to offer and, above all, expand. We are currently working on pick-up options that are also outside of our business hours in order to be able to offer you greater flexibility than ever before.

We love the contact with you, our common hobby, the common laugh, talk shop and talk. So we look forward to the coming Open Day on Saturday September 18th. In addition, we have other special events in the pipeline so that we can continue to exchange ideas about the most beautiful hobby in the world.

NEW in Scooter Center Shop: CLICK & COLLECT - order online and collect from the warehouse

New opening times in Scooter Center - from October on.

From October 2020 the Shops are closed on Saturdays. The shop is open from Monday to Friday from 13pm to 18pm.

What is new is the possibility of CLICK & COLLECT (see below). This allows you to pick up your online order personally from us. Collection is possible from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 18 p.m.

Why is that?

To come to the point: it was not an easy decision for us. Our opening times have hardly changed in almost 30 years. Okay, in the early days there was sometimes a sign in the window that it was closed because we were on a run. Which wasn't too bad, since you met there.

Times change and the service concept must go hand in hand with it. In recent years the rush on Saturday was sometimes so huge that the store was full to the last seat and numbers had to be drawn like at the supermarket counter. Our cash desk workstations were occupied right down to the last workstation and the use of temporary workers in the warehouse to shorten the guys from the cash register didn't really ease the situation. A persistently unpleasant situation with long waiting times and far too much pressure. A situation that does not correspond to our service concept at all. But due to the limited capacities at the cash registers, I couldn't really solve it.

The Corona time has not relaxed the situation and we have come to the conclusion that we want to break new ground and thus make a better service experience possible. The quick and contactless collection by Click & Collect is intended to compensate for the limited opening times of the store.

When the corona-related situation has eased, we will hold a Meet & Greet here on a regular basis. Stay tuned!
