Goodbye Venlo :-(
Many of us visited this legendary scooter run in our youth and in the past 3 years. Tonight we got the sad news of the end of this era:
Your positive feedback and the great popularity rewarded and encouraged us to continue the meeting despite the high effort. We would like to thank you for that. We hope you can understand our decision not to water down Venlo. We prefer to stop when the party is at its best so that the meetings can be kept in memory.
Our gratitude to everyone who designed Venlo with us cannot be expressed in words. This refers to all the buddies (male and female, of course) at the entrance, at the counters, at the feeding stations, at the mixing consoles, during the race, assembly and dismantling or with the stewards - in short, all supporters. A list of names would go beyond the scope - you know who is meant. None of this would have been possible without you.
We still have some unpublished pictures and (probably soon) a video that we will post on the Venlo FB page from time to time, so check back soon.

The Two Hipsters - One Soul!
Dynamic Eric & Sir Faulker were among the first in the nineties to import the sound from the British clubs from the island to Cologne in order to celebrate soul, acid jazz, beat and rare radio at their changing parties and all-rounders.
"Black Power" it is said that night when the two Old school mods with 60's & 70's Northern & Rare Soul, R&B, Rare Funk, Latin Grooves, Boogaloo and Rocksteady celebrate their deep black sound.
