3rd race event for the VRA Cup 2019 in the Speedarena Rechnitz

With the best weather and very summery temperatures, the third and last race event before the summer break took place on Saturday, June 29th. This event counted alongside the VRA cup also to the championship of European Scooter Challenge, and was therefore visited by a good 60 drivers.

Although the heat hit the drivers, it was still very hot in all classes. With a race win each for Christian Rapf / & is Racing Team and the Italian Paolo Birtele / Parmakit, there is a tie between the two title contenders in the Scooter GP class before the summer break. Andreas Russ / 16ers, who had a bad fall in the last race in Bad Fischau, was able to move up to 3rd place in the championship with a very strong performance in both races.

In the Scooter GP Ltd. Herbert Siegl / Horny Hornets won the day ahead of Manuele Fulgeri / Parmakit and Andreas Hergouth / Sanitary & Heating Hergouth.

In the street racer class, the day's win again went to Ric Fleiss.

The Trofeo Parmakit Challenger was once again dominated by the title fight between Kevin Höfler / SFR and Christoph “Stoffi” Maier. Although each of the two competitors was able to record a race win for themselves, Kevin Höfler is already leading the championship with a 44 point lead. With a really strong performance, Robert Sega / Pflegeheim Beer was able to make third place in the daily ranking this time.
