4. Vespa Babbo in Cologne

For the fourth time, over 200 Vespa Babbos (Italian Santa Clauses) in Cologne on the Cologne-Deutz bank of the Rhine. This pre-Christmas event was organized by Vespa Club "Rheinschalter" Cologne.

Opened around 15 p.m. Christian Sorgvrye this year's Vespa-Babbo, with glorious sunshine and a fantastic Rhine panorama of Cologne Cathedral.

After a short greeting, introduction to the route and presentation of the sponsors, including the "Scooter Center“The parade started at 15.30 p.m. That was a great picture: over 200 disguised Babbo's and wonderfully decorated Vespas on the streets of Cologne.

Across the metropolis on the Rhine, past countless crowds and bright children's eyes, via Aachener Strasse, Neumarkt, Chlodwigplatz to the end point, Rudolfplatz. From 19.30 p.m. a cozy get-together of the Babbo's took place here.

Interesting conversations with Vespisti over delicious mulled wine from the Cologne Weinmachtsmarkt rounded off this wonderful afternoon.
