Si tratta di un piccolo dettaglio ma è una trovata semplicemente geniale: con il cavalletto centrale bgm PRO dotato di sistema soft stop i piedi del cavalletto non urteranno più contro la pedana della tua Vespa. Come per i model Vespa PX, la battuta del cavalletto è ora posizionata sulle stabili staffe per il montaggio presenti sul tunnel centrale.
The cavalletto centrale can be blocked at the point where the foot can vibrate.
Chiudere the cavalletto sarà meno rumoroso and il telaio sarà meno soggetto a urti come invece accadeva utilizzando il cavalletto centrale originale.

Montaggio semplice, staff incluse nell'articolo

Il cavalletto centrale Soft Stop viene fornito con le relative staffe che dispongono di ulteriori placchette su cui è posizionato il cavalletto. Tali piastrine impediscono il contatto diretto tra il tubo del cavalletto e il telaio facendo sì che quest'ultimo rimanga intatto. Il cavalletto centrale originale, invece, rigava la vernice della pedana.

MONTAGGIO CILINDRO BGM 177 VESPA

Prima di montare il cilindro è necessario pulire tutti i componenti. Per ottenere lo squish consigliato è necessario utilizzare le giuste guarnizioni per cilindro. Non è necessario utilizzare the guarnizione per la testata del cilindro. Come inizio vi consigliamo uno squish di 1,00mm. Controllare la coppia di serraggio sulla testata del cilindro e avvitare i dadi in croce.

RODAGGIO DEL CILINDRO BGM 177 BY VESPA

Dopo aver montato il cilindro a regola d'arte consigliamo di effettuare il rodaggio per 60 minuti con cambio del carico fino a massimo 5.000 giri / min. Dopo aver effettuato la procedura di rodaggio, il motore si esprimerà in tutta la sua potenza.

MISCELA BENZINA-OLIO

RIDUZIONE DI PESO

Rispetto al cerchio ruota originale in acciaio della Vespa PX, il cerchio BGM pesa 600g in meno. Inoltre, non essendo più necessario l'uso della camera d'aria, il peso diminuisce di ulteriori 370g. Le masse non sospese sono ridotte in valley modo di about 1kg per ace (oltre il 64%). La risposta delle sospensioni migliora notevolmente.

SECURITY

Grazie al doppio risalto nella parte interna lo pneumatico rimane ben stable. LAMBRETT

Oggi ci siamo diretti verso il padiglione 9 dove abbiamo potuto ammirare la “nuova” Lambretta. I nostri amici di Rimini Lambretta Center presentano la nuova Lambretta customizzata in race style appositamente per Vittorio so come gli ultimi articoli di Casa performance. Particolarmente interesting il cerchio ruota posteriore con disco freno interno.

FARO BASSO with aspirazione lamellare

For models Wideframe/ Faro basso è stato presentato il gruppo termico Nordkapp con la novità del pacco lamellare per il quale ora c'è anche un collettore aspirazione, questa volta non per il carburatore Polini CP ma per il carburatore Dell'Orto da 22mm che verrà offerto in futuro da Pinasco con rispettiva leva comando gas.

Oltre al carter motore originale con 3 prigionieri e alla possibilità di avere l'aspirazione lamellare sul carter mostrati ai Vespa World Days di Rooms, è stata presentata also the version with 4 prigionieri che consente di montare qualsiasi group termico tuning PX 177.

Per l'accensione Flytech è stato presentato il volano Zamak per i motori Faro basso e GS150.

Vespa GS160 / SS180

Il gruppo termico GS160 / SS180 con aspirazione diretta sembrava un gruppo termico dai fori ovali / allungati per carburatore doppio dei models da 200.

Vespa Smallframe

for Smallframe sono status presentati i new carter motore Pinasco and gli alberi motore attualmente non ancora available. In esposizione anche altri alberi motore con contrappesi sostituibili.

Vespa Largeframe

Alttra interesting novità l'albero motore per doppia aspirazione.

Pinasco offers ora engines since 225cc già montati.

Albero motors da 60, 225cc, 21,5HP and 26 NM. Ingranaggio multiplo 10-13-17-20 / 35 con rapporti 23/64. Accensione Flytech da 1,4kg. Non sono inclusi: carburatore, scatola carburatore, coperchio frizione, coprivolano e freno completo.

I carburetors Si28 so ora in versione VRX-R with a piccolo filter di spugna.

Guarnizioni in silicone bgm PRO

The guarnizioni in silicone bgm PRO sono costituite da carta per guarnizione dello spessore di 0,5mm e di alta qualità. Sono rivestite da uno strato di mastice di silicone che consente una maggiore pressione di contatto della guarnizione. Ora invece potrai usare il praticissimo disco graduato digital DNperformance 360 ​​° Port Timing Tool che consente di effettuare una misurazione digital delle fasi per motori a 2 tempi!
