Vespa Smallframe for sale

Everyone is preparing for the Scooter Center Classic Day 2019 before. A meeting that, by the way, will be very exciting for me, not only because I'm the first from our club, the den Scooter Center Attended OpenDay, but because it will be the only event of its kind that I have ever attended.

Usually the events that I have attended and even organized have the Vespa community as a common denominator. But on that next open day on Saturday August 31st, everything revolves around the scooter!

Of course, the scene cannot be missing:

  • the music,
  • das Essen
  • and the friends

I am especially looking forward to friends I will meet again and new scooterists I would like to meet.

We will have international visits from Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and England. But it will also be the scooters that will grab my attention. I'm looking forward to the performance that's on  Scooter Center Test bench is shown.

It's crazy what awaits me: scooter parts special sales, returns, B-goods. The used ones Smallframe Vespas from Japan in great condition. Lots of new products to touch and special offers. In addition, there are stands from manufacturers, organizers and partners and the private parts market for scooters and scooter parts, many of our customers and friends have cleaned out their garages and cellars and are selling at Scooter Center ClassicDay their best parts. The Vespa and Lambretta used market will be the perfect place to look for treasure!

I'm really excited because I have to get a new Vespa as a partner for my adventures. I will keep you up to date here, because this is just the beginning!

4. b2b / wholesale and accounting

In the last few days my work was divided between the accounting and commercial areas. This also includes contact with the current sales partners. But I also took care of the details new partnerships with new dealers all over the world. Because if you didn't already know: That Scooter Center also supplies small and large roller shops all over the world with its own brands bgm & Moto Nostra and other parts.

The Scooter Center also supplies small and large roller shops all over the world

My job was nothing new to me. As a scooter driver, you can't always just go Handle and behind the handlebars sit. Table and computer are very helpful when looking for the Vespa world in other latitudes. I was very curious and enthusiastic about my job of building a global community in which we can exchange valuable experiences for both sides. And that's exactly what market research processes are all about: expanding networks and consolidating Win-win relationships. Interested in one Partnership with the Scooter Center? > info@scooter-center.com

On this trip using google maps and other tools I visited Scootershops to the most remote places and saw everything: dealers, tuners, restoration workshops, online Scootersoops, scooter shops.

I noticed that each of them also seems to be a company driven by this passion. And I thought of all of us who dream of living what we like; I think this is a good opportunity for those interested in starting or stepping up their projects. (Information for dealers and dealer prices: > info@scooter-center.com).

Scooter Center - worldwide partner network

The Vespa takes us to places we don't even think about. And it's great that by expanding our network with new dealers all over the world, we are also directly supporting the scooter scene, which then also gets the best scooter parts locally.

3. From the ground floor - the logistics

Although in the middle of summer and with a little over 40 °, this week in the shipping department I felt like I was in the middle of Christmas because I prepared packages like a Santa Claus elf.

It was one thing to receive goods from suppliers, it was important because this is where supplies come just in time for our customers. But it is much more fun to pack the packages with the wishes of the customers. Each box tells its own story that I can imagine:

  • an urgent repair in the express service
  • a restoration project
  • a great custom scooter with fine parts
  • a blatant racing scooter with racing parts
  • a fast Vespa with tuning products from bgm
  • or just a little optics tuning according to aesthetic taste, mirrors, handles, chrome parts etc.

Our Online-Shop is currently five languages, other languages are in preparation. That's how I packed orders for all parts of the world. The Spanish-speaking countries are of course a particular pleasure for me. Led by Spain, countries like: Argentina, Peru, Mexico and also Colombia, my home in Latin America, follow. That made me feel a little closer to home.

worldwide shipping

And since we want to be served scooter riders all over the world, it is Scooter Center a concern to offer global coverage. Thanks to reliable partners such as: DHL (connected with local post and directly with DHL Express), UPS, DPD (only for Europe).

Our climate concerns us all!

My heart started beating even more than I did from the environmentally friendly attitude of the Scooter Centers learned about everything from fully recycled cardboard boxes to helping reduce emissions with every delivery.

Your personal scooter project

Every passionate scooter driver knows this: Our scooters are projects in constant development, which, thanks to endless possibilities, can easily become individual vehicles. YOU make each copy unique, within the diversity of a world that knows no borders and that Scooter Center supports you here!

All you need - warehouse

2. My first week

In my first week as a trainee, I got to know the details of the process from ordering to goods registration in the respective departments. Scooter Center not only markets its own brands like: BGM and Moto Nostra, but also more than 300 brands such as: Malossi, Polini, Pinasco, Piaggio and other major brands and manufacturers of scooter parts.

My tasks were to reorder products with modern IT systems depending on the inventory and demand. The receipt of goods, the addition of new products to the system and also the packaging and storage. With so many different parts I've had to deal with, how can so many parts fit on our little scooter?

From the base like Cylinder and carburettor from bearings, seals to all body parts such as entire frame sets or side panels and fenders, all the smallest screws, washers, nuts, split pins up to the accessories, original, restoration, tuning, customizing. Madness what it's all im Scooter Center Warehouse and in Scootershop gives.

Sooner or later, we scooter drivers come into contact with the parts on our scooter. Either planned and “just” for fun: Customizing or tuning, but if it goes stupid with a breakdown, in the middle of the country road. Good to know that you are with the Scooter Center have a partner who can help you quickly and cheaply with the necessary parts and service.

ALL YOU NEED

What I know is that so many parts are enough to fill meters, square meters and cubic meters of this huge warehouse over 3 floors and to fill the online shop with tons of data via a modern IT system.

What I also know for sure is that I can build a great Vespa from scratch with the parts from the Scooter Center Be able to build camps. I could build my dream scooter without worry, because in addition to the parts, operating instructions and all the necessary tools are available directly from stock.

I can assure you and have seen it myself. The Scooter slogan applies perfectly: ALL YOU NEED

1. About me:

I've been a scooter for a third of my life; I come from Colombia, a country where Vespas are rare but highly valued. I started the Vespa adventure without knowing what to expect. But I was determined to find not only a design and custom object in the Vespa, but also a means of transport.

“Vespertine” (name of my Vespa Px150) rarely drove alone, mostly we were out together with Vespa clubs. The Vespaclub was initially a group of strangers, but over time they have grown into my heart like a family. At the Vespa Club Bogotá I was able to experience a lively exchange of knowledge, anecdotes and shared adventures.
Grateful and ready to give a little back, I am committed to the Vespa Club Bogotá with my professional communication studies. Carried by this passion, my path, like the Vespa: no reverse gear! So I finally became president, national and international interlocutor, co-founder of the movement: “My heart beats in 2 bars” and am currently an honorary member.

Thanks to the Vespa meetings, I got to know incredible people and places

Soon the routes began to expand! When I heard about the beautiful wonders of the world from travelers, I was inspired to go and see them for myself. From South America to European countries, always with the aim of attending the scooter meetings.
