Moto Nostra Cruiser Flyscreen suitable for Vespa GT / GTS / GTV and Vespa PX models. The windshield is made of 4mm thick, scratch and impact resistant PMMA (Altuglas®). The material is extremely insensitive, resistant to aging and particularly easy to clean.
The disc sees with the small area nice sporty out, but already very effectively leads the Airstream over the driver. This is caused by the wind pressure at higher speeds noticeably relieved. It is not uncommon for that to work through you higher top speed noticeable. Due to the smaller area, the Crosswind sensitivity significantly better than with higher discs.
Our Scooter Center / Moto Nostra screen has an official TÜV-compliant test mark including ABE.

The assembly is easy and can also be carried out by inexperienced users. To mount the disc on the Vespa GT / GTS / GTV models, the existing holes in the lower handlebar cover must be enlarged against the direction of travel. These elongated holes are indicated on the inside of the cladding, indicated by light cast seams. The material in this area is also deliberately kept very thin, so processing is very easy (small pliers, cutter, sandpaper)

A real Vespa Sei Giorni -> Vespa model history is one of the most sought-after collector's items. But what about one Vespa Six Days on yourself?
In 1951 the Vespa factory racing team “Piaggio Squadra Corse” caused a sensation during a race. The “Sei Giorni Internationale” took place from 18.-23. September 1951 in Varese, in the hinterland of Lake Maggiore / Italy. It was one of the toughest and most important competitions of its time, with 220 participants covering several hundred kilometers in rough terrain.
This six-day reliability race is still known today as the “International Six Days” Enduro ”. The first race was in England in 1913 and demanded everything from the daring driver and the racing machine, especially when you consider that the Vespa has only been around for 5 years.
For this race only, Piaggio modified a small edition of 300 125cc Vespa models. The “Piaggio Squadra Corse” started with 10 of these vehicles. But what should the small Vespas be able to do against cross motorcycles specially built for this competition?
Surprisingly for everyone, the works team from Piaggio (drivers: Biasci, Cau, Crabs, Mazzoncini, Merlo, Nesti, Opesso, Riva, Romano, Vivaldi) won over full-blown off-road motorcycles on the Vespa: 9 of the 10 drivers received a gold medal. The Vespa 125 “Sei Giorni” also won the Italian Motorcycle Association's award for this achievement in 1951, in which three pilots Giuseppe Cau, Miro Riva and Bruno Romano stole the show with the Italian Vespa models.
Visually, that was Vespa "Be Giorni" hardly distinguishable from the production model. For example, more tank volume, improved aerodynamics in the leg shield area and a larger engine cover were the main distinguishing features.
As we did in 2016 live from the two-wheeler fair EICMA report, there is from Piaggio, as a reminder of this legendary success, a special model, the Vespa Sei Giorni 300.
Since this Eicma in 2016 there has been an idea for a new one Scooter Center Demonstrator that connects the modern automatic Vespa with the classic Vespa. Just as we do with our product range - ours Vespa shop you get everything for your Vespa - whether it's an old model or a new scooter!
We felt inspired by the new edition to implement our own idea of a “modern” Vespa Sei Giorni. Alex Stroh (right) and Frank Winkel (left) are the people behind our new one Vespa SeiGiorni scooter center.
Our new Vespa demonstrator began life as a normal, slightly damaged Vespa GTV. When it fell onto the street and then into our hands, she probably didn't realize what we were going to do with her.
In the beginning there was construction foam ... Viiieeeellll construction foam! But we got that under control quickly ...
But if you think now that we have just artfully filled the construction foam ...
Of course, that was only the template for Mathias Laubsch from the sheet metal works in Neuss http://www.blechwerk.com/ who has now masterfully implemented our template in BLECH .
For the characteristic “nose” we built in a repair sheet that is normally used on a Vespa VNA-VNB. “Only” the indicators and the hole under the taillight were welded shut and then the SeiGiorni went to the painter ...
All plastic parts were given a silver base coat so that when you patinated you landed on “sheet metal” and not on disdainful plastic.
Then all sheet metal and plastic parts were first painted in the characteristic deep red primer that was used in the 50s, then a second primer in gray - before finally the red paint was applied, which is based on the racing paintwork of the first Piaggio racing models.
The bench frame was "made up" in our workshop and then by the bench doctor Holger http://www.sitzbankdoktor.de/ to hand over. He sacrificed his old leather jacket and made the perfect bench for the SeiGiorni.
The handlebar was exchanged for a Fehling M handlebar.
In order to obtain the desired patina, the files and sandpaper were allowed to work!

The first Vespa Primavera came on the market in 1968.
Light and fresh lines, brilliant performance, simplicity and sheer driving pleasure: Vespa Primavera comes like a breath of fresh air into a world that is hungry for change. It became one of the most durable and popular models in Vespa history. Its agile handling and its speed, together with its elegance and lightness, which the girls loved, contributed to its extraordinary sales success.
Piaggio's model of success was launched in 1967 as a facelift of the Vespa 125 Nuova presented and developed into the most successful Vespa model with over 240.000 units built in the 14-year construction period. Compared to the Vespa 125 Nuova, the frame of the Vespa 125 Primavera is slightly longer, but the leg shield and the footplate are slightly narrower. It also has a luggage compartment in the left side cheek. The hexagonal Piaggio emblem is emblazoned above the cascade and the lettering “125 primavera” is located above the rear light. A total of three series were produced, the first with the rear light of the Vespa 90 SS and an italic “Vespa” lettering on the leg shield, the second from 1973 with a modern, straight lettering on the front and the third series from 1976 parallel to the Vespa 125 Primavera ET3. Production ended in 1982. A 121 cm³ engine with 5,6 hp provided the motorization. The enclosed screws are longer than the originally installed ones and allow the cover and carrier to be installed at the same time. Alternatively, it can be installed without the original doormat. Plastic caps are included with the screws. These protect the screw heads against environmental influences and make them visually more pleasing.
Countless globetrotters have already sufficiently proven that the Vespa PX models are downright packhorses. LSL has developed the new racing lever guards for use in sports. These protectors are now required in almost all racing classes. The lever protectors prevent the brake levers from coming into contact with other vehicles / obstacles, thus preventing a fall
The LSL lever guards are available for both brake and clutch levers and can be mounted directly on the handlebar or on optional handlebar end pieces. By using these end pieces, the handlebar fittings do not have to be moved.

For the vehicles of the Modern Vespa GT / GTS series, we have super noble CNC milled aluminum sports levers with stainless steel screws from the BGM PRO series. The levers can be individually adjusted to the body size: 6-way adjustable lever distance to the handlebar.

NOTE: In the course of production, Piaggio switched the braking system from GRIMECA to HENGTONG. Although the HENG TONG and the GRIMECA brake master cylinders look very similar, they show minor differences. This means that the levers cannot be interchanged either. On our Scooter Center Vespa GTS demonstrator nothing was left untouched. Many conversions can only be seen at second glance. The noble Brembo racing brake technology is now available from us with a TÜV certificate.
The brake kit used here consists of a Brembo P4 with four brake pistons. The black anodized aluminum adapter is an exclusive in-house product of the Scooter Center and has a TÜV certificate.
You don't have to drive a highly regarded racer to experience how much fun a first-class braking system can be. Brembo brake calipers also offer a quantum leap on series vehicles when it comes to high and easily controllable braking force.

A comparison on a Vespa GTS model with Brembo brake calipers showed that the braking distance was up to 20% shorter than the standard components.
Scooter Center offers a special edition of the Scorpion "Red Power" complete system. In order to make the look of the GTS unique, the exhaust and the connecting pipe of this edition are coated with black ceramic. The connecting pipe and elbow are spring-loaded. The Scorpion has a unique powerful sound and has an e-certificate.
LED is state of the art today - what is not originally installed, we got from the manufacturers "Moto Nostra" and "HD Corse”In black, white or red in the program.
Here, too, a selection of high-quality articles was made. The Moto Nostra edge protection set goes perfectly with the styling of the GTS and, in addition to the carbon parts and other black add-on parts, provides a nice sporty contrast.
The handlebar was from Scooter Center built, the angle of inclination was changed to the right and left, the cladding was removed
