On Saturday we were guests with our P4 test bench at the Motor Jam at Meinerzhagen Airport. The runway was divided into 1/8 mile for 2- and 4-wheelers and a free-run zone for scooters where you had the whole day to test your engine set-ups properly. We also had our twin with us.

You can find more pictures here!

For the eye there were scooters, US cars, JDM cars, classic cars and tuning cars of all kinds from VW to Opel, from Camaro to Skyline. On the eighth mile it was shown what times the 2 and 4 wheels burn into the asphalt! Show, Shine, Glamor and Optics were on the program for both the 2 and 4 wheels! Of course there were also show and shine contests with different categories.

From August 03.08rd Until August 05.08.2012th, 2 the Rock 'n Roll run of Harlekins SC and Teutobillys Detmold took place for the second time.

The location was a sports airfield in Oerlinghausen, on which a free Quatermile was held after the actual flight operations from 18:00 p.m.

In addition to the obligatory burnout record ...

rounded fun games, sociable get-togethers and ...

our mobile dynamometer performs the daily program in the best weather.

Pien marked the day's best value on his yellow one Largeframe with 33,6PS!

Towards evening live bands played in the “party” hangar, keeping the visitors moving with rock'n roll sounds.

We hope for an edition in 2013!

Quattrini motor housing

Quattrini engine Vespa Smallframe

We finally have the new ones Qattrini C1 Smallframe Motor housing get.
A real delicacy delighted everyone with the technology.

Vespa Smallframe >> Power without end

In recent years, the liter output has been in the range of Smallframe Motors kept increasing.
So-called “over 40” engines are no longer uncommon today. The previous Piaggio engine housings, formerly designed for around 10HP, keep this concentrated
Force that PARMAKIT, falc last but not least qattrini hammer on the asphalt, no longer stood.

Quattrini has thus taken the increased requirements into account and developed a very well thought-out motor housing.

Quattrini motor housing

We would like to introduce some features to you here.

From the outside, the first thing you notice is the mount for a mechanical water pump to mount water-cooled cylinders.
If you use the classic forced air cooling, an aluminum plug is also included in the scope of delivery to meaningfully close the bore of the pump.

The area around the overflow ducts and the cylinder base is much more massive. Broken housings at this point due to a larger spindle dimension should be a thing of the past.
From Quattrini, the cylinder base is already spindled to a 64,8mm diameter 17,5mm deep.
Below this is an area up to 21mm deep, which is spindled to match the original cylinder base diameter.

In the area of the swing arm, the motor housing is offset without any problems 3.50 × 10 tires can be mounted.

In order to compensate for the weakening of the traverse caused by the heel, it was reinforced from the inside with 4 massive ribs.

The two halves of the housing are connected with 2 centering pins and M6 screws, so there is no need to handle separate nuts. Due to the cast membrane box and the lack of centering on the crankcase, there is also no need for a housing seal made of paper. As is common today, the engine is simply put together with sealing compound. We recommend based on experience Dirko HT.

In the delivery state, the housing is designed for cylinders with direct suction. For all friends of the case-sucked power dispenser, a membrane box is cast on the Quattrini case.
If necessary, the connection to the crankcase must be milled out in-house.

Unfortunately it is not yet clear which membrane should be used here.
So we have already worked on a solution for one RD350 and V-Force³ Adapt membrane.

In the area of the circuit, Quattrini stays with the tried and tested 2-pull mechanism.

The heart of the entire new design is the 48mm widened crankshaft with 51mm stroke.
This measure ensures that the press size of the connecting rod pin is increased significantly
and the crankshaft leaves nothing to be desired in terms of anti-twist protection.
The high-quality 102mm connecting rod, guided in bearings with a silver cage, rounds off the overall impression. The dimension of the center of the crankshaft bearing and the cylinder base sealing surface is 69mm and is therefore intended for use with the 102mm connecting rod.

Both sides are used as crankshaft bearings 6304TN9C4 is used.
It would also be conceivable to mount a NU205 on the alternator side, however, due to the inertia of the bearing caused by the large rolling elements, we advise against it for ambitious sporty use.

The crankshaft housing is sealed on the alternator and primary side (!) With shaft sealing rings that are accessible from the outside.
With the dimensions 20x35x7 we can offer you this in proven FPM quality .
The shaft seal seats are manufactured with an inner stop. It is therefore practically impossible to mount the shaft sealing rings too deep.

Depending on which one ignition is used on the engine, a hole has to be drilled in the alternator housing for the exit of the cables.

The air duct has already been modified for the use of race exhaust systems.

After the grandiose demonstration of the Quattrini engine housing at the start of the season in Mirecourt, we are excited to see who will be the first in our customer base Quattrini motor housing emotional.

On days 3 and 4 we went to the surf mecca of Hossegor via Bordeaux. With the best surfing weather a successful change.

From here we went on to Spain. Then “fast” over the Pyrenees and the 1600Km would be done.

The Pyrenees were done and now it was on the home straight to Zaragoza.

2 days earlier than planned our 2 European travelers are in front of the Circuit ”Internacional de Zuera”. Now let's hope that the organizers will show up quickly ;-)

We wish our team every success in the 24h race and hope that the journey home will be just as great as the journey there.

The ESC season is just around the corner and with it the preparations. This year we will see new engines and vehicles on the racetracks in Germany, France, Austria and Hungary.

A typical K1 engine has appeared on our test bench and is checked for its performance and functionality.

The ESC rules accordingly, the stroke is limited to 51mm.
Hence in this case one comes BGM crankshaft with 51mm stroke and 105mm connecting rods are used.

The one enthroned on the case Polini Evo is from one, with 0,35mm carbon material converted to 2 flaps Polini membrane with Strohspeed intake manifold ventilated. For the mixture preparation there is a 33 Keihin responsible. To keep the crankcase clean, the air is passed through a Marchald air filter sucked in. The very good air throughput of the Marchald filter and the resulting very low power dissipation in the per mille range make this filter, which has been tried and tested on the road, also interesting for racing use.
Ignition is via Vespatronic, which is set to 24-16.

On the outlet side, the K1 will be represented by one French charged.
Good torque values and moderate speeds make this exhaust very interesting for the circuit.

The power generated is currently still on a reinforced XL2 coupling DRT Runner countershaft transferred, but more on that in a moment. Now first curve discussion:

All in all a typical Franz engine, Reso entry between 5500 and 6000 rpm, peak at around 9000 rpm and funny overrev up to 10.000 rpm.

With 11PS at 6000 rpm in the ascent it is also quite pleasant to drive.

With over 20 hp from 7300 rpm to approx. 9700 rpm, you can always move in the power range if necessary thanks to the Runner auxiliary shaft.

Now comes the crux of the matter, the clutch apparently disengages at the torque applied here, at almost 20Nm it's simply over. That means in plain language, the engine is opened again and it becomes a Hartz4 coupling installed.

Perhaps then something will change in terms of power and torque.

Even if the performance does not increase any further due to a clutch that does not slip, at least wear is stopped. A slipping clutch is likely to burn within a few laps on the racetrack or on the road after a trip in the country and can also result in consequential damage.

Maybe we can still find time to make a portmap of the cylinder.

Here's a little update on scooter crankshafts in general. As a rule, the shafts and other engine components are designed for very low power. The width of the crankshaft and thus the diameter of the crank webs are correspondingly. The crankcase surrounding the shaft is the limiting factor that determines the possible dimensions of a crankshaft. The overlap of the crank pin is thus given within a certain framework. Making the shaft wider in order to increase the coverage of the crank pin is only possible with a few engine concepts and there only to a very limited extent.

Therefore, the maximum load capacity of the shafts is de facto given. Regardless of this theoretically quite low load limit, serious tuning of the motor often puts 200-700% more power into the case. The fact that the waves can withstand this load is due to several factors.

With some crankshaft types, for example the Lambretta GP series, it is possible to install a crank pin with a larger diameter than the standard. That's how they come BGM Lambretta crankshafts among other things with a 22mm instead of the standard Lambretta size of 20mm.

In the Vespa waves Unfortunately, this little trick is only possible to a limited extent. Nevertheless, thanks to the correct oversize of the crank pin and the correct pressing technique with the use of Loctite, we have managed to construct super durable shafts. These are manufactured exclusively for us by a renowned European crankshaft manufacturer.

The Vespa Smallframe Shafts are used in a number of ESC motors and are absolutely unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. They are available with a stroke of 51 mm and 54 mm as well as with the PK or the ETS cone. Both Smallframe For engines, a larger diameter of the crank web is fortunately possible. In terms of the radius, this results in a higher coverage and thus more security. In order to accommodate the shaft, the crankcase must be spindled accordingly. Fortunately, thanks to sufficient material, this is not a big problem.

The Vespa PX 200 shafts are the reference for all rotary vane motors, as they come with a perfect inlet time, a flow-optimized geometry of the inlet cheek and a very favorable balancing factor.
There are variants with 57 mm and 60 mm stroke. Both enable powerful and durable engines. The inlet angle is kept as long as possible but as short as necessary to prevent the blowback into the carburettor that is common with other manufacturers.

Another reference in the crankshaft sector are the bgm Evo Piaggio Maxi 2-T Waves.
They are used in all of our demonstrator engines. From the 38PS ZIP to our one-off two-cylinder which maltreats the crankshaft with over 50NM.

These selected examples clearly show that a properly constructed shaft is durable. There can be room for improvement in terms of details and depending on the engine concept. Of course, this requires a minimum level of knowledge of the subject. TIG welded connecting rod journals, in which the entire crank webs discolour or massive material removal around the crankpin, are often causes of massive damage to the shaft and, as a result, to the surrounding components.

Often, further processing is not necessary even for maximum performance results.
Rotary valve housing converted to a diaphragm inlet can bring almost 130HP to the rear wheel from 30ccm. And that with surprisingly small cross-sections between the housing and the shaft.

BMC / RH Scooter Cup 2011
Final Harzring October 29.10.2011, XNUMX

After an 8-week break from racing, it was time to go to the Harzring at the end of October Grand final of the BMC / RH-Scooter Cup 2011.

Thanks to good placements in the current season, I've got one 23 points ahead worked out on Federico Torsiello, whom I naturally wanted to defend there. The goal was clear - to become champion in the 70cc class again.

Even this year, Petrus played great despite the late date, it was almost t-shirt weather!
Since training and the race took place on Saturday, the training was a little shorter due to the tight schedule. There weren't any major problems for me there, and with a gap of 0,3 seconds behind Federico, I was also satisfied with second place on the grid.

At the start of the first run I held back a little because I wanted to avoid a fall in the first corners. But that is exactly what happened to my opponent in the overall standings. Frederico fell right in front of me on the first lap. Now I had to stay calm and finish ahead of Federico. I let the leader Philip Hasemann drive so that I could fully concentrate on second place. That worked really well, I was waved off second at the finish.
Since Federico crossed the finish line behind me, it was said for me even before the last run:

BMC / RH-Scooter Champion 2011
70ccm / 12inch class

I was now able to approach the 2nd race and the last run in this championship in a very relaxed manner. In the second lap I was able to overtake Federico and Philip and immediately gain a good lead over them. I defended it to the finish and became like that declined as the winner.

In the evening there was an annual award ceremony with a challenge cup and a great closing party that went well into Sunday morning.

So now it's winter break and tinkering time on the scooter!
I would like to thank the Companies Scooter Center and Sava tires for the great support in the 2011 season - THANK YOU !!!

Next year there will be an Official Championship with the title
"German Scooter Championship 2012" give.
The 6 events are again organized by the BMC together with RH-Scooter Race, who did a great job this year.

See you in 2012 / on the racetrack

Roller race Sachsenring winner Thomas Heck for SCOOTER CENTER

Roller race Sachsenring winner Thomas Heck for SCOOTER CENTERHere again a report from our likeable and very successful driver IDSM, RH Scooter Cup / BMC / RH-Scooter Championship: Thomas Heck:

“Exactly one week after the race in Templin, the next two races for this year's BMC / RH Scooter Championship took place on a section of the MotoGP track at the Sachsenring!
With great weather and a great event (the organizer also organizes the MotoGP run), exciting races were held again.

The training on Saturday went without any major problems for me and after the second timed practice I was once again in second place on the grid (I have subscribed to second place this year?)
The first race this time was held on Saturday afternoon over 12 laps. After a good start, Federico Torsiello and I was able to quickly pull away from the rest of the field. On lap 3 I overtook Federico and was able to defend the lead up to 4 laps before the end. Unfortunately, the drive belt on my runner broke on the start and finish straight. I changed it to a new one right before the race! Well "that's Racing"? . Federico then won by a large margin.
After the warm-up on Sunday morning, the second run of class 2 70cc / 12 inch took place around noon. With a belt that was “used” this time, I drove lonely to second place for the entire race, until on the penultimate lap, Federico in front of me suddenly rolled out at the edge of the track. - As with me in the 2st race, the drive belt had said goodbye to him! Mine held out this time and so I was waved off as the winner at the finish. ?
In the overall ranking of the BMC / RH Scooter Championship 2011 I am now leading the championship with 23 points. The last two runs will now take place on October 29.10 on the resin ring instead of. (Hopefully then there will be no snow!)

THANKS VC KÖFLACH & DEN CHILLIS for the GREAT event WAHNSINNS WETTERGLÜCK and therefore also a very successful final of the long distance cup!
Congratulations to the winning teams Stoffi / GOA and Undi !!

Get well soon, the injured and the spectator who was probably affected in the last accident,
also from our side, hope it has no effect on further events.

We were still in the workshop on Thursday evening and screwed the engine together further, packed the car at the same time, hung the engine, rewired everything, re-sealed the tank, etc. - briefly made a few runs and then around 2 o'clock on the 948km autobahn I drove for the third time this season and were happy to be at the guesthouse around 12:30.

After a short rest period at the lake, we are on the track, greeted the RWRT guys and then set up everything with the Hartz4 / Signs & Styles team. In the evening we had a short meal and all the registration formalities were clarified and then finally after 42h Around 22 p.m. to BED.
During the morning practice, everything went pretty well so far and with starting position 30 it didn't really matter to start from there at the Le Mans start and the 11H race in front of you.
So far we drove quite far forward in the first time and (place 6 entertaining later 9) the PARMAKIT SP09 with bridge
and 51 BGM wave ,33 Keihin ,Big bertha ,Polini membrane nozzle ran very well forward on the straight…. Unfortunately I lay down on the right side for a moment and later around 13 p.m. our front brake line had a leak!
That was, of course, a major setback Fortunately, nothing worse had happened to Alex. (on the long straight on the house - suddenly no more front brake!
The whole thing, a little tank ventilation problem, a little slip by Alex then of course cost places and so we are from 19th place to the 14. space hazards. With that we were very satisfied and happy to have ALL come through the race safe and sound and proud that once again no engine broke down!

At this point, we can really say that no long-distance engine (Springrace 2010/11 - Hungary 2010/2011 - Fallrace 2011) was defective but always other things (ignition replacement, vibrating Cdi plug, broken carburetor clamp, rim defect with brake drum, etc.) for minor failures and Caused setbacks.

It is clear that you tend not to ride in the top 5 region due to certain driving skills or Recklessness? / Courage?
(You are over the top like Markus Angleiter and a few more ..)
And thus a praise to all the teams who have put all the work and effort into these races and thus participate in the whole thing!
Plus the financial aspect and health risk factor. The 38 teams made their way there
(as well as the Springrace events), speaks for a high response to long distance races….

Then back on Sunday and at home around 22pm - woke up with sore muscles on Monday and just thought what a movie again….

With this in mind, once again, MANY THANKS to all of our sponsors and that SCOOTER CENTER - we look forward to next season

Holiday in Hungary Vol.2 was the motto of the last weekend!

In the night of Thursday we took the 1.097 km route and arrived at the Panonia Ring after a 12-hour drive. There were already some friends to be found there and with very summery temperatures, we had the opportunity to train on the kart track on Thursdays and Fridays.

In addition to our long-distance team scooter (PK XL2 with Polini EVO cylinder), we had Alex and Dennis with us, their class 1 racer, as well as my old racer in a new look for class 2. In addition to new chassis modifications, we still had some power in the Parmakit W Force found and so I was curious how the new / old scooter can be driven.

Most of the teams / drivers arrived on Friday, the last ones on Saturday ESC runs queue up and one for Sunday 6h race was on the program!

Am Samstag
There were then 3 more training units for everyone and the championship races began at 14:00 pm!

Here it should be mentioned that in class 2 the driver Markus Angleiter (Team Stoffi) drove the fastest race lap ever and thus faster than that falc Works driver Hilton!
Overall, the lap time level was very high and even one-class scooters under a minute were driven. (For results see http://eurochallenge.de/)

On Sunday
stood that 6h race on, as the 2nd run of the long distance cup. (Consists of Springrace; Hungary and Fallrace)

Last year there was a 4h race on the kart track and this year it was increased to 6h! The temperatures were like last year - EXTREMELY hot - for man and machine!
Starting in 19th position, we were able to work our way forward and after 3 hours we were in 12th place! Unfortunately we lost the carburetor once and had to re-connect it a second time after a broken hose clamp on the carburetor rubber carburettor fix! After that he should hold and so it was a nice 10th place in the end. We shouldn't have continued to drive much longer with our front brake, because it would have lasted for a maximum of 10 minutes!

In the overall ranking
we are now in 7th place and hope in fall race for a good result.

After chilling 2 in the restaurant along the way, we had to SCOOTER CENTER The bus was then loaded again and drove towards home at 11 am on the same day.

Here then again THANKS to ALL of our sponsors !!!

With that in mind, up fall race

bgm PRO SC shock absorbers now also tested in the English BSSO racing series

Nürburgring_13.09.2009_VespaSS Speedy

Videos say more than a thousand words! Therefore, here is a brief introduction to Tony o'brien and his Charlie Edmonds tuned FALC bullet!

Last weekend Tony got the rear one bgm PRO SC shock absorber tested. The penultimate race of the English BSSO racing series took place on Mallory Park. On the racetrack, speeds are over 150 km / h without problems reached.

Here is the feedback to bgm and us regarding the damper. Unfortunately Tony made a long time in the race, but the next race will take place on September 25th / 25th. Unfortunately already the last of the season and then in Cadwell Park.

“The meeting didn't quite go to plan due to me deciding to test the hardness of the tarmac! (…) Practice was very wet… (…) The damper was set to 3mm pre-sag .. -5max compression and -5max rebound damping. My first impression is that this damper actually works and works very well.

The bike soaks up the bumps pretty well but I feel maybe I could have set the rebound a little harder to help stop the back end bounce on one particular corner. The engine runs a little hot with a little detonation and so I increase carburation to solve this.

By the time of the first race the track is dry. I am on last place on the grid (grid positions are based on previous meeting's results and I couldn't attend). By then end of the lap I am up to 5th from 19 starters, but there is a problem with the bike. (...)

The shock I have set to -3max on rebound and -4max compression .. its working fine and the bike feels transformed. By lap 1.5 I am into 4th behind the 250cc grp6 bikes of Topper, Turner and the 210 grp4 bike of Charely Edmonds. The corner which I had the issue on is now improved and the bike feels much safer and I actually manage to stay on the seat .. the corner is a 70mph left.

On the next lap however the motor cuts and then fires up again whilst banked over on a second gear corner .. This spits me off and into the dirt.

(...) The shock however even in two laps I feel is a massive improvement over the rs24. I feel yes for the track it could do with more damping as I think over the 10 lap race the oil will heat and it may lose damping. It would be nice to have the settings at mid-adjustment on compression and rebound. The spring does touch my tire (3.50 sava) but I can't move the shock over any more at present as the exhaust is in the way. I hope to move this over a little in the winter to solve this problem. the spring rate I would say is correct for me as it is.

During the day lots of racers were interested in the new shock. ”

THANKS TONY !!!!

Strong scooter race in Croatia on June 25.06.2011th, XNUMX in Belica

Croatia, the more contemplative sister of Italy on the Adriatic Sea, many people do not have on their radar when it comes to scooters. Of course you can rent small scooters in the tourist strongholds to take a gondola to the beach, but Croatia also has a very active scooter freak scene that is passionate and committed.

Our friends from Mojskuter held a scooter race for the first time in Belica, Northern Croatia on a karting course.
The area is known for changeable weather conditions, but convinced this weekend with strong sun and only light clouds. So there were some sunburns next to the already hot race track.

There was a classic round race on the kart track in three classes, free driving on the track, skill course, custom show, quartermile, stunt show and much more.
Even away from the race track and in the evening, the hospitable Croatians ensured a lot of fun and entertainment.
The audience and participants in this race come from all ages and cubic room classes.
A restricted view of brands or the like is not found here in a positive way. An old PX stands amicably in the parking lot next to a new Honda scooter, and on the quartermile a Gilera GP 800 scooter tries its luck against a much lighter two-stroke racing rocket.
Everything very relaxed.

The starting field was surprisingly international for a first event, and so you saw well-known drivers from Italy, who of course had a short journey to get there, and were eager to get to know a new route.

In addition to the always exciting races and quartermiles, the stunt show was particularly entertaining.
The organizer was also at peace with his first work and so there will probably be a scooter happening in Belica next year. An event that is worth a visit even if you have to travel further, especially since you can still spend a few nice days at the sea from there.

BMC / RH Scooter Cup 2011
Harzring 9/10.11.2011/XNUMX/XNUMX
Double victory in the Harz!
After a long break due to the cancellation of the race at Easter, Scooter Racing was finally back in fashion.

Unfortunately, the second event had to be moved from Embsen to the Harzring at short notice, as there are currently major problems with noise pollution. Thanks again to Wolfgang vom Resin ring that this was possible at such short notice!

There was a lot of free training time on Saturday, which I could really use. I had built a new engine for this race that I still had to run in and set up.
The engine ran surprisingly well and so I was able to secure a place on the front row as the second fastest in qualifying in the afternoon.

In the warm-up on race Sunday, I actually wanted to break in a new set of Sava MC31 tires for the two races. But that was literally "into the water" because the track was still wet from a rain shower during the night. So I had to try to break in the tires in the first race.
The start of the 1st race was quite successful with 3rd place. In the first few laps I didn't want to risk a fall because of the new tires. After the tires started to really stick, I was able to push Arne Paulsen out of 2nd place and set out to pursue Oktawian Jezierski, who was in the lead. Oktawian didn't make it easy for me to overtake him by skilfully driving tight corners. I already thought that I wouldn't get past him, so he made a little mistake and I was able to slip through. (See picture) Then I was able to pull out a small lead and the 1st place to the finish.
The second race was almost the same for me. After starting in third place, however, I was able to overtake Arne and Oktawian in the first third of the race and then pull out a good lead to the finish. 1st place again !!!
After the not so great start to the season in Jüterborg, this event went really well for me. In the overall standings of the BMC / RH Scooter Cup championship, I am now up with 72 points behind Arne Paulsen (73 points) Place 2 advanced.

The next races will be held in Templin and on the Sachsenring in August, maybe we'll see you there.

Until then

RUN & RACE 2011

It is really worth the trip. Both the run and the RACE feeling mix here in a unique way.

We traveled with the new updates in our luggage, like last year, with the SCOOTER - CENTER test bench to "check" the standard class scooters and to give every scooter friend who had traveled the opportunity to measure their performance.

This was used well on Friday and Saturday and luckily the weather was good throughout the weekend.

On Friday evening, bar sports were also celebrated in various classes and thus a little later for one or the other racing driver.

The next day the sun was shining predominantly except for a few drops at noon you couldn't say anything against the weather and the atmosphere was just great.

Unfortunately there were 2 more serious accidents this weekend, but as far as I know, both drivers are doing better again and it should be mentioned that these accidents were not caused by outside influences. Nevertheless, there is still a certain risk factor and because of that, I want to RESPECT the really fast guys who all swept the racetrack for less than a minute.

As in Mirecourt, we were represented in classes 1 & 2 and at the moment we are still in the middle of the field, as our cornering speeds can be improved. ;))

Vespa races MirecourtESC goes France

For the third time we visited our friends from scoothole (the French GSF) with whom an ESC run will be held in Mirecourt / France this year.

As usual we had it SCOOTER CENTER Test bench here and arrived at the racetrack this year even in the most wonderful weather.

Some had used the bridge day and had already arrived on Thursday in order to have enough preparation time on the track for the races on Saturday.

The event was again very well organized, the ambience wonderful and in my eyes one of the most beautiful but also a very exhausting route of the ESC.

On Saturday the sun was shining all day and luckily nothing worse happened for the rest of the day except for a violent collision.

The starting field was the largest since the ESC was founded and with around 150 starters France, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands a colorful mix to it.

Dennis drove his Polini EVO with 51 Polini rotary valve shaft & Franz exhaust.
Alex ditto with Polini EVO with 51 Mazzucelli shaft and 105 BGM connecting rod, membrane intake manifold & fire magic exhaust.
Torsten the Parmakit W Force with 54 BGM wave & Big Bertha exhaust.
All three racing scooters are with the MMW Hartz 4 coupling equipped and one Vespatronic.

We started this year for the first time in the ESC in classes 1 & 2 and were very satisfied with our results.

Fortunately, the bad weather only moved over the kart track towards evening and so we could go home on Saturday evening with a clear conscience.

Thanks again to our sponsors!
The results can be seen on the ESC page -> http://www.eurochallenge.de/ and we are looking forward to Liedolsheim (RUN & RACE)!

We were really happy, Ercole brought us his D Racer and we were allowed to put it through its paces on the test bench.

With the Jesco cylinder processing and the new exhaust from Ludwig & Scherer The ultra-light bullet performed well with a decent volume.

We hope to see Ercole again soon for further optimization work on the test bench. You can find the diagrams in the gallery.
