With the new bgm PRO hoses, we decided in favor of one better quality and higher security for a very high buty content and therefore for a own tube size for tires up to 3.00-10 and 90 / 90-10 = Vespa & Lambretta Smallframe .

Other hoses with a lower butyl content have more flexibility due to a higher rubber content. This allows you to serve a larger range of possible tire sizes (up to 130 / 90-10), but the major disadvantage is poorer airtightness and puncture resistance.

 

Our bgm PRO hoses are made according to our specifications especially for the needs of Vespa and Lambretta scooters manufactured. Of the Butyl content is over 55%, that makes them extremely airtight and absolutely reliable. The high butyl content makes the hose more expensive to produce, but the result justifies the effort! Modern technology for the old engine

A big advantage of the BGM PRO crankshaft compared to an original one is the use of a high-quality connecting rod with needle bearing (instead of a plain bearing bush) and a slotted lower connecting rod eye. This significantly reduces the oil requirement so that the engines can use today's high-quality oils without any problems 1:50 mixture can be driven.

Vespa Racing Motorsport Park Bad Fischau

Silicone engine gasket set for Vespa Largeframe 2-channel motors 1959-1969 from BGM PRO

The BGM PRO silicone engine gasket set is specifically suitable for engines of the so-called LargeframeModels between year of construction 1959-1969.
These Vespa models can be recognized by the detachable engine side hood (with rubber seal) and a carburetor, which sits in a closed box directly on the engine housing (not on the cylinder).

This new seal kit fits the following models:

BGM PRO silicone seal kits consist of a 0,5mm thick, high-quality coated sealing paper (like Piaggio “green” original). In addition, the seals, which are always in contact with oil, have an already applied layer of silicone sealant. This ensures an increased surface pressure on the seal.
